Nutritional
Consultations and Fees New Client Consultation Package All new clients are asked to complete and return a health history questionnaire and diet diary prior to attending their initial consultation, which provides important information about any current and past health issues. The initial consultation may last up to 90 minutes and would consist of a review of the questionnaire and diet diary, with ample time for exploring factors that may be contributing to current health issues and determining any imbalances and possible nutrient deficiencies. A personalised programme is then designed to specifically address the areas of concern and encourage re-balancing in the body, this may include dietary, supplemental and lifestyle recommendations. The Nutritional programme recommendations and accompanying handouts are presented to the client at the follow up consultation, or by email as appropriate. Various functional testing is also available on request and may be recommended in some instances. Appointments The follow up appointment forms part of the initial consultation package and should ideally be booked two-weeks after the initial consultation. Follow up appointments are important for assessing a clients progress and response to dietary and lifestyle changes, to answer any questions and to make any adjustments to the treatment plan. All clients will require at least one follow-up consultation which should be booked at the time of the initial visit, however many clients may require several or ongoing appointments dependent on individual needs Consultation Fees Initial consultation may last between 60 and 90 minutes and costs £65 (includes pre-consultation research and analysis of your health questionnaire and food diary). Follow-up consultations of 30 to 60 minutes from £40. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel an appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice to avoid disappointment as refunds cannot be made where cancellation is made at unreasonably short-notice.
